Art. 3.° Desde el mes de Enero del presente año, las cuentas de las Tesorerías municipales del Departamento quedarán centralizadas en la Contaduría departamental. En Consecuencia, en las fechas determinadas en el presente decreto, dichas cuentas serán remitidas á la expresada oficina, para su examen, incorporación y fenecimiento definitivo.
