Las licencias se expedirán en papel sellado, llevará adherida la fotografía del licenciado, anulada con el sello de la Junta Central y una constancia en sitio visible y dentro del texto de la respectiva resolución, escrita con tinta roja que diga: "Esta licencia solamente servirá para ejercer en los lugares en donde no hubiere dentista graduado". La licencia llevará la firma auténtica de los miembros que integran el Jurado, y copia de ella se agregará al respectivo expediente.
