El Acuerdo número 003 de 1968 (febrero 23), originario del Consejo Intendencial del Caquetá, sobre presupuesto de rentas y gastos para la vigencia fiscal 1968 - 1969, quedará así: ACUERDO NUMERO 003 DE 1968 (febrero 23) Por el cual se fija el presupuesto de rentas y gastos de la Intendencia Nacional del Caquetá, para la vigencia fiscal comprendida entre el primero (1º) de abril de 1968 y el treinta y uno (31) de marzo de 1969, El Consejo Intendencial del Caquetá, en uso de sus atribuciones legales, y en especial de las que le confiere la Ley 2ª de 1943 y sus Decretos reglamentarios números 2451 del mismo año y 3272 de 1962, ACUERDA:
