Auxíliase al Municipio de Concepción en el Departamento de Santander, con la suma de veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25.000-00) que se incluirán en los presupuestos de las próximas vigencias, quedando facultado el Gobierno para hacer los traslados y abrir los créditos extraordinarios en caso de que no se hicieren las apropiaciones presupuestales.
