Decreto 314 de 2014 · por medio del cual se modifica el artículo 1° del Decreto número 2787 del 28 de diciembre de 2012, que modificó el Decreto número 4977 del 30 de diciembre de 2011, modificatorio del artículo 2° del Decreto número 2960 del 17 de agosto de 2011, “por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente la Ley 1407 de 2010 y se adoptan medidas para implementar el Sistema Penal Acusatorio en la Jurisdicción Penal Militar”.
