La liquidación de las asignaciones de retiro y demás prestaciones sociales a que tienen derecho los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, se hará de conformidad con el artículo 15 del Decreto-Ley 325 de 1959, dictado en uso de facultades extraordinarias conferidas al Presidente de la República por la Ley 44 de 1958 .
