Art. 1.º La Sección de Corte y Sello de billetes que ha funcionado como perteneciente á la Litografía Nacional, dependerá de la Junta de Emisión desde que se publique este Decreto, y tendrá el siguiente personal: Un Jefe responsable, con la asignación mensual de $ 300, quien asegurará su manejo con fianza prendaria ó hipotecaria de $ 3, 000, á satisfacción de dicha Junta, y sus tareas, así como las de sus Auxiliares, serán reglamentadas por la misma Corporación; Seis Auxiliares, con la asignación mensual de $ 200 cada uno; y Un Ayudante para el sello, con $ 60 mensuales.
