Contribuir a mejorar la calidad de vida de las madres gestantes, y las niñas y niños menores de seis años, clasificados en los niveles 1, 2 y 3 del Sisbén, de manera progresiva, a través de una articulación interinstitucional que obliga al Estado a garantizarles sus derechos a la alimentación, la nutrición adecuada, la educación inicial y la atención integral en salud.
