Las sentencias proferidas en contra de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia, en liquidación, que dispongan el reintegro del demandante quedarán cumplidas mediante el pago de las condenas económicas liquidadas hasta la fecha de ejecutoria de la sentencia, sin que haya lugar al reintegro dada la liquidación de la entidad.
