º . Corríjase el artículo 138 de la Ley 1098 de 2006 el cual quedará así: " Artículo 138. Obligaciones especiales para las autoridades competentes de establecimiento de derechos . En todos los casos y de manera inmediata a su conocimiento, la autoridad competente deberá realizar la verificación de la garantía de derechos ordenada en el artículo 52 de esta ley".
