El laudo será en derecho, se expedirá por escrito debiendo ser firmado por todos los árbitros, se anunciarán los hechos que estime probados, las razones de derecho y los razonamientos necesarios para fundamentar las conclusiones. Finalmente expondrán suficientemente la sustentación del fallo, ajustándose en lo posible a la forma y contenido de las sentencias que profieran los jueces del trabajo.
