Art 17. Por la demora en el pago de réditos de censos, no se cobrarán los intereses de demora, de que trata el artículo 125 de la lei de 43 de julio de 1866, “ orgánica de la Hacienda nacional,” quedando en consecuencia condonados los créditos que se adeuden por dichos recargos de intereses.
