El personal incorporado para integrar el cuerpo auxiliar será inscrito en el servicio territorial militar en la misma forma que el de las Fuerzas Militares, mediante el organismo de movilización y reclutamiento, y tendrá derecho a la tarjeta de reservista de primera clase, en la especialidad de policía.
