Art. 2°. Quedan exoneradas del pago de derechos de importacion todas aquellas mercaderías que fueron destruidas por consecuencia del incendio mencionado y que estaban depositadas aún en los almacenes de la Aduana, como tambien las que se sacaron de éstos para su consumo en el puerto é internacion, siempre que tales mercancías se hubieren destruido en todo ó en parte.
