Del Procedimiento de la Acción de Cumplimiento. El efectivo cumplimiento de las leyes o actos administrativos que tengan relación directa con la protección y defensa del medio ambiente podrá ser demandado por cualquier persona natural o jurídica, a través del procedimiento de ejecución singular regulado en el Código de Procedimiento Civil.
