ARTICULO 5º. Las pensiones a que se refiere los anteriores artículos 1º. y 2º de este Decreto se reconocerán a favor de los Soldados y Grumetes retirados en las condiciones señaladas en los mismos artículos a partir del 1 de enero de 1948.
