Vigencia. El presente Decreto rige a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de publicación en el Diario Oficial, modifica los artículos 2.3.2.1.2.6, 2.3.2.1.4.11, 2.3.2.1.4.12, 2.3.2.1.4.15, 2.3.2.1.4.20 y 2.3.2.1.4.21; sustituye los artículos 2.3.2.1.4.13, 2.3.2.1.4.14, 2.3.2.1.4.16, y adiciona el artículo 2.3.2.1.4.24 del Decreto número 1081 de 2015.
