º. Las personas a que se refiere el presente Decreto podrán beneficiarse, en la medida que lo permita su situación jurídica, de los programas de reinserción socioeconómica adoptados por el Comité Operativo para la dejación de las armas. Los beneficios socioeconómicos sólo podrán concederse por una sola vez a cada persona y están condicionados al cumplimiento de las obligaciones que el Comité le señale al beneficiario.
