° La Gobernación del Departamento de Caldas supervigilara y controlará la ejecución de las obras que se adelanten con fondos del auxilio y el Tesorero Municipal rendirá cuentas de su inversión a la Contraloría General de la República, de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes sobre el particular o con las que para este caso dicte especialmente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
