º Cuando de la Gobernación respectiva llegue al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público (Departamento de Control de Bienes de Extranjeros) alguna de las peticiones a que se refiere el artículo 2º del Decreto número 1552 de 1942, se pedirá a la Policía Nacional concepto sobre la conveniencia o inconveniencia de dejar libres de control los bienes de que en la solicitud se trata.
