Revisión y revocatoria de pensiones . La Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión Pensional y Contribuciones Parafiscales de la Protección Social (UGPP) deberá realizar la revisión contemplada en el artículo 20 de la Ley 797 de 2003. Si encuentra que se presenta alguna de las causales señaladas en el artículo 19 de la Ley 797 de 2003, deberá proceder a la revocatoria del acto administrativo, atendiendo los términos establecidos en las normas vigentes y la Sentencia C-835/03 proferida por la Corte Constitucional.
