° Para desempeñar el cargo de Capitán a bordo de los barcos que hacen la navegación comercial en los ríos del Sur, se requerirá estar en uso del diploma o patente, debidamente expedida por las Oficinas fluviales que tienen facultad para ello, o de la patente especial de Capitán, para comandar naves en los ríos del Sur, de que trata el presente Decreto.
