Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las normas que le sean contrarias, en especial los artículos 20o. inciso tercero y 23o. del decreto 692 de 1994; los artículos 1°, 2° y 7o. del decreto 1161 de 1994; los artículos 26° inciso segundo, 36°, 37° inciso tercero y 40° del decreto 1919 de 1994; artículo 5º del decreto 695 de 1994; y los artículos 14º, 18º, 19º, inciso primero y literal g. del inciso segundo, y 20º del decreto 1772 de 1994.
