Comité de Presidencia . El Comité de Presidencia desarrollará las siguientes funciones

Recoger, analizar y proponer las políticas organizacionales que desarrollen el objeto de la Sociedad.

Formular recomendaciones a los órganos de dirección respecto a situaciones y problemáticas que se presenten en el desarrollo de las funciones de la Sociedad.

Asesorar al Presidente de la Sociedad en las decisiones administrativas y de manejo del negocio que le competan.

Proponer parámetros y políticas de desarrollo del objeto de la sociedad.
