Los servicios móvil aeronáuticos por satélite (R) y (OR) serán coordinados por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, de conformidad con las normas nacionales que se expidan; a estos servicios, le son aplicables las disposiciones contenidas en el reglamento de radiocomunicaciones de la UIT y las recomendaciones de la Organización de la Aviación Civil Internacional (OACI).
