La no comparecencia del extranjero no impedirá el trámite normal de las diligencias de deportación y de expulsión. Con todo, la Dirección de Extranjería y las Direcciones Seccionales del DAS, adelantarán todas las diligencias necesarias para que el acto administrativo de deportación y expulsión previsto en este Decreto sea notificado en legal forma.
