La partida a que se refiere el artículo anterior será puesta a la disposición de los Tesoreros Municipales de Purificación y Sahagún, o de la Junta o personas que determinen los Consejos Municipales de los respectivos Municipios y controlada la inversión por la Contraloría General de la República.
