A petición del titular de la patente, o del de cualquiera de las licencias, las condiciones de ésta podrán ser modificadas por la autoridad que las aprobó, previa audiencia de las partes, cuando así lo justifiquen nuevos hechos y, .en particular, cuando el titular de la patente conceda licencia en condiciones más favorables a las establecidas.
