º. Las propuestas se recibirán hasta el día 15 de abril de este año, y los nuevos contratos empezarán a regir desde la fecha de su aprobación por el Ministerio de la Economía. Sobre las zonas en que no hubieren propuestas, podrá el Gobierno establecer trabajos de explotación directa sin perjuicio de arrendarlas posteriormente, cuando lo crea más conveniente a los intereses de la Nación.
