º Las plazas que se crean por medio del presente Decreto vienen siendo desempeñadas en la forma y con das asignaciones señaladas en los artículos anteriores, y las que se suprimen han estado vacantes desde el 16 de enero. En consecuencia, reconócese derecho a sueldo a los individuos que las sirven desde el 16 de enero en adelante, quienes no necesitan tomar nuevamente posesión.
