TRAMITE PRESTACIONES SOCIALES. Las prestaciones sociales serán reconocidas oficiosamente sobre el expediente formado por la respectiva Oficina de Personal, con base en las pruebas exigidas por la ley o los reglamentos. Cuando las Oficinas de Personal no puedan producir de oficio las pruebas respectivas, corresponderá allegarlas al interesado, y si no existiere la prueba principal, ésta será reemplazada par la prueba supletoria que admita la ley.
