Corresponde verificar el escrutinio de las elecciones a que se refiere este Decreto, a una junta integrada por el señor Secretario General del Ministerio de Guerra, el Presidente de la Asociación de Veteranos y Antiguos Liberales de Colombia, y el Presidente del Centro de Veteranos Liberales que existe en la ciudad capital de la República. La misma Comisión declarará la elección y pasará las comunicaciones correspondientes a los elegidos.
