Art. 3.° El poder ejecutivo o la autoridad que hiciere el nombramiento de un guarda-parque designará el empleado que deba calificar la fianza i aceptar la escritura de seguridad. En la capital de la república la calificacion i aceptacion referidas serán de cargo de la intendencia general de guerra i marina.
