° La remuneración señalada en la escala que por el presente Decreto se establece, corresponde a empleos de carácter permanente y de tiempo completo. Los empleos permanentes de jornada parcial se remunerarán en forma proporcional al tiempo de trabajo o según lo determinen las normas especiales sobre la materia.
