Escalafonamiento de Suboficiales en actividad. Pueden escalafonarse como Suboficiales de los servicios, en cualquier tiempo, los Suboficiales en actividad que obtengan título en carrera intermedia o especialidad técnica y que así lo soliciten, siempre que la especialidad adquirida sea utilizable en la Policía, a juicio de la Dirección General de la misma.
