Decreto 1066 de 2015 · por medio del cual se expide el Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo del Interior.

Sanciones. Una vez comprobadas las infracciones a las normas legales, o estatutarias, el Jefe de la Oficina Asesora Jurídica podrá imponer las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 47 de la Decisión Andina 351 de 1993, en concordancia con el artículo 38 de la Ley 44 de 1993 y demás normas concordantes.

Parágrafo

La suspensión o cancelación de la personería jurídica de que trata el artículo 38 de la Ley 44 de 1993, implica a su vez la suspensión o cancelación de la autorización de funcionamiento, respectivamente.
