Art. 2.° La Escuela militar de cadetes dependerá directamente del Ministerio de Guerra, y tendrá el siguiente personal de profesores: Un Director Jefe de estudios, asimilado á Coronel. Un Subdirector Inspector, asimilado á Sargento Mayor. Un Ayudante Secretario, asimilado á Capitán. Cuatro Catedráticos que, unidos al Director, formarán el Consejo de Profesores del Establecimiento y estarán asimilados á Capitanes para los efectos fiscales, con la obligación de dictar dos clases diarias por lo menos. Dos Oficiales destinados á formar la Compañía de cadetes y á dar la instrucción que se les señale.
