Articulo 3º Las antigüedades naufragas a que se refiere este Decreto son las que se hallen en el Mar Territoritorial definido en los artículos 3º y 4º de la Ley 10 de 1978, en la Plataforma Continental, identificada en el articulo 1º de Ley 9º de 1961 y en la Zona Económica Exclusiva a que se refieren los artículos 7º y 8º de la Ley 10 de 1978.
