Artículo tercero . Para efectos de la Estadística Cultural, los establecimientos que funcionan en el país, tanto oficial como privado, se clasificaran en siete grupos, a saber: Grupo primero. Educación Infantil. Grupo segundo . Educación Primaria. Grupo tercero. Educación Secundaria, subdividida en: a) Secundaria General o Bachillerato. b) Secundaria Técnica. La Educación Técnica comprende las siguientes enseñanzas

Industrial.

Agropecuaria.

Comercial.

Enfermería.

Artística.

Religiosa.

Secundarias no especificadas. Grupo cuarto . Educación para el Magisterio. Grupo quinto. Educación Superior. Grupo sexto. Educación Especial. Grupo séptimo . Educación Fundamental para adultos.
