° Los mandamientos escritos de allanamiento y captura que se dictaren en desarrollo de este Decreto, podrán no reunir los requisitos de que tratan el Capítulo I del Título III del Libro II, y el Capítulo II del Título II del Libro II del Código de Procedimiento Penal.
