La Dirección administrativa y financiera del Hospital Militar - Centro Médico Colombiano de Estudios para Graduados, estará a cargo de una Junta Directiva y de en Director, el cual será el funcionario ejecutivo de la Junta,-y el representante legal de la institución. Los asuntos desorden médico , docente e investigativo estarán a cargo del cuerpo médico de la institución, representado por un Consejo Médico-Académico, CAPITULO II Junta Directiva.
