Democratización de la propiedad en el Banco . De acuerdo con lo establecido por el artículo 60 de la Constitución Política, cuando la Nación enajene las acciones que posee en el Banco, ofrecerá a los trabajadores de éste, a las organizaciones solidarias y de trabajadores, condiciones especiales que les permitan acceder a la propiedad accionaria de aquél. Los demás particulares no podrán recibir condiciones iguales o superiores a las que se otorguen en desarrollo de lo establecido en el presente artículo.
