º . Modifícase el artículo 2º del Decreto 695 de 1983, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 2º . Por su destinación a la defensa nacional y al uso privativo de las Fuerzas Militares y la Policía Nacional, se consideran material de guerra o reservado los equipos de hospitales de la Fuerza Pública y de sanidad en campaña, y equipos de la Fuerza Pública de campaña".
