Apertura de programas, extensiones y convenios . La apertura de un programa académico de pregrado en Economía o su extensión a otra ciudad, en una seccional de la misma Institución, o mediante convenio con otra Institución o contrato con la entidad territorial respectiva, se considera como un programa independiente y deberá presentar la información sobre los estándares de calidad establecidos en este decreto, antes de su ofrecimiento y desarrollo.
