Artículo segundo. Los cupos individuales de endeudamiento señalados en el artículo primero del presente Decreto podrán llegar, respectivamente, hasta el veinticinco por ciento (25%) y hasta el cuarenta por ciento (40%) del capital y reservas patrimoniales de una misma institución financiera, para cada una de las hipótesis allí contempladas, en los siguientes casos

a)

Cuando Se trate de créditos destinados a empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado o a sociedades de economía mixta con régimen de empresa industrial y comercial, cualquiera que sea su nivel u orden territorial.

b)

Cuando se trate de créditos que se requieran para financiar actividades, operaciones o proyectos señalados, en forma general, como de interés para el desarrollo económico o social del país por el Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social CONPES.
