Modifícase el artículo 19 del Decreto 898 de 2002, el cual quedará así: “El Presidente y Vicepresidente de cada Junta Directiva deberán elegirse por esta de entre sus miembros principales para el período de un (1) año, pudiendo ser reelegidos. El periodo del Presidente y Vicepresidente se inicia el 1° de julio de cada año. En el evento de ser reemplazados los nuevos terminarán dicho periodo”.
