Requisitos adicionales de la Licencia de Cultivo para fines de investigación científica. Además de los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 5 y de los numerales 1 a 7 del artículo anterior, cuando se solicite la licencia de cultivo para fines científicos, deberá presentarse la documentación soporte del proyecto de investigación que estará a cargo de una universidad o de una persona jurídica legalmente constituida en cuyo objeto se prevea la investigación científica.
