Para los efectos de este decreto se tendrán en cuenta las siguientes definiciones: Criterios de origen no preferencial: Conjunto de requisitos y condiciones generales que deberán considerarse para determinar las reglas de origen no preferenciales. Regla de origen no preferencial: Normas establecidas para calificar como originario un producto específico, de conformidad con los criterios de origen aplicables.
