El Consejo Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura estará integrado así:

El Ministro de Obras Públicas y Transporte o su delegado; El Ministro de Educación Nacional o su delegado; El Rector de la Universidad Nacional o el Decano de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la misma; Un representante de las universidades privadas; El Presidente de la Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros; El Presidente de la Sociedad Colombiana de Arquitectos.

Parágrafo

Con excepción de los señores Ministros de Obras Públicas y Transporte, del señor Ministro de Educación Nacional y del señor Rector de la Universidad Nacional, los Miembros del Consejo Nacional a que se refiere el presente artículo deben ser Ingenieros o Arquitectos titulados y matriculados.
