Las salas cinematográficas están obligadas a presentar una película colombiana de cortometraje , en las mismas condiciones de visibilidad que proyecten el largometraje, e inmediatamente antes de la exhibición de éste. En compensación tendrán derecho al porcentaje del sobreprecio reglamentado en el presente Decreto

Parágrafo

Cuando un teatro esté autorizado para presentar dos largometrajes por función sólo se exhibirá un cortometraje.
